As the SSA Principal Sake Educator for Australia and a certified Sake Scholar, I am a multifaceted professional deeply immersed in promoting Japanese sake, providing specialized training and self-development within the sake and hospitality industries, and nurturing enduring business relationships. Balancing roles as a mother, Sake Manager, Business Coach, and Educator while managing a family liquor store, Kodawari Sake Education was born out of a necessity to revitalize our family business and cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation for Japanese sake within the Australian market.
